Raised in Mexico City and currently based in Barcelona, Tania serves as an Architect at Locale Housing. A graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana with specialized studies from the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris, she focuses on the intersection of human focused design and spatial optimization to create functional and welcoming spaces. She is driven by the challenge of crafting sustainable spaces that measurably improve the daily lives of their inhabitants, ensuring that environmental respect and personal well-being are always in balance. She believes architecture should promote a genuine sense of belonging by creating spaces that encourage interaction, ultimately building the foundations for better communities.

Jala Navarro was raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. She graduated with her associates in Science for Architectural, Engineering, & CAD Technologies from Hilo Hawaii Community College in 2012. Jala has also been a LEED Green Associate since 2012. Her primary role at Locale Housing is an architectural designer alongside project management and permitting. Her work is driven by her love for architecture and creating homes, buildings, and spaces that are safe and welcoming to the community. Building a stronger and better community matters to her and she strives to see generational values of home, family, and connection thriving. She is passionate about these beautiful islands she calls home and creating designs that satisfy the clients wants and needs.
