Lōcale Housing
We design single-family homes for a variety of contexts, from residential developments to standalone houses in settings that range from established neighborhoods to remote off-grid locations. Locale Housing is a residential-focused studio within the established architecture practice of Locale, we work with developers and homeowners to create housing that balances efficiency, livability, and long-term value.
Our work responds to Hawaiʻi’conditions, site context, and how people live. Our homes are designed to be efficient, flexible, and durable, with careful attention to climate and local conditions. We focus on comfort, safety, and performance to create housing that works well now and continues to serve residents over time.
